Combo Roaster
For Roasts and Vegetables, turn your hooded BBQ in to an oven.
Contains 2 x vegetable baskets, 2 x roast holders and 1 x cradle
Suitable for most 4 to 6 burner hooded BBQ’s and some 3 burner hooded BBQ’s
Strong welded construction, great to assist fat free cooking, place a tray under the basket and it can be used for serving.
Will assist to stop meat drying out during cooking – half fill a foil tray with water and place under the roast. Also consider complimentary juices like apple juice with pork to add flavour to your roast.
For best access to the heat source of your hooded gas BBQ remove hotplates and grills (also baking dish if present) and warming rack if necessary. Place the Combo Roaster in the center of the BBQ. Light the 2 outside burners only. This creates indirect cooking. Place a foil drip tray under the roast holder for easy fat collection and to stop flare-ups. If cooking extra roasts you can replace the vegetable baskets with the second roast holder.
